Where is the pound cake? That’s the first question asked by anyone who's not familiar with Pound Cake Etc. Pound Cake Etc, established in 2006, was created by a woman for women. The purpose of Pound Cake Etc is to encourage, motivate and empower women to view life in a more positive manner. Pound Cake Etc and its messages are a light-hearted look at serious issues, situations and circumstances women face in life. The goal is to cause a woman to reflect about her life, the direction it is going and empower a woman to re-evaluate her sense of worth.
My InspirationI was inspired to write the Pound Cake message because there are so many women who believe they have to have a man to feel complete. After years of disappointments and self-doubt, I finally realized that true happiness comes from within. If I can share my life's experiences and it benefit other women...that is what I want to do! How was I going to do this? Compare life to something...a pound cake. The purpose of the message is to empower a woman to re-evaluate her sense of worth! I was inspired to write the Pound Cake message because there are so many women who believe they have to have a man to feel complete. After years of disappointments and self-doubt, I finally realized that true happiness comes from within. The purpose of the message is to empower a woman to re-evaluate her sense of worth! There's a world of opportunities and exciting adventures a woman can experience to fulfill her life. In other words, a man is not necessary to validate a woman but an enhancement to a woman's life. Therefore, this message is dedicated to women who feel that life is nothing without a man. (See message below) Pound Cake Mine is good...with or without!! -MESSAGE ON BACK- Life is like a pound cake...good all by itself. Icing (a man) can be added to enhance the taste However, should I not enjoy the icing...
